A superb Commando and Special Service Brigades formation badge

This is a great example of a un-issued Commando & Special Service Brigades formation badge. This Commando Group dagger badge which it was agreed in January 1945 would replace the Combined Operations badge later that year. This embroided version is described in the November 1945 RM Dress Regulation as 'Badges, Arm, Embroided, Red Dagger.
